As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who’s also lived through perimenopause, I understand how challenging this stage can be.


For over a decade, I’ve helped women like you build strength, find a nutrition plan that works with their goal and regain confidence in their bodies.

My approach is simple: no extremes, no all-or-nothing plans, just personalized strategies that fit your lifestyle and get real results.

60 Minute Foundations Session

This is where we stop guessing and start getting clear.

The Foundations Session is a 60-minute, one-on-one session where we look at you - your body, your habits, your lifestyle - and determine what’s realistically possible right now.

If you’re doing “all the right things” but not seeing results, this session helps explain why, and what to do differently.

What we’ll look at together:

  • How you’re currently eating, moving, sleeping and managing stress

  • What strategies may no longer be working (and why)

  • Where to focus first so this doesn’t feel overwhelming

 

What you’ll receive after the session:

  • A personalized nutrition report

  • A custom eating plan that fits your preferences and schedule

  • A movement plan that supports strength, metabolism, and recovery

 

This session sets the tone for the entire Midlife Reset. You’ll leave with clarity and a clear plan to follow.

Weekly 1:1 Coaching

Work with me personally each week through a private Zoom or phone call. During these 30-minute sessions we'll evaluate your progress - what's going well, stumbling blocks and strategies for the upcoming week.

Together we'll create a routine that respects your goals and lifestyle, focussing on nutrition, exercise and self-care.

Community

I host my own private Facebook community where you'll find other women going through a lot of the same things as you are. It's full of resources you can access any time and is a great place to share your latest recipe or inspirational podcast.
