Hi, I'm Dawn!
I'm a working mom with 5 kids, 1 husband 😉 a dog and cat, so yes, I know busy!
Over the past decade as a Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach, I've worked with women of all ages and goals. But again and again, I kept meeting the same woman: in her 40s or 50s, doing all the right things and still feeling like her body had stopped cooperating.
Overwhelmed. Frustrated. Juggling careers, families and aging parents, all while feeling like she was somehow failing at her own health.

As a woman in her 50s, I understand firsthand what the menopause transition actually feels like - the fatigue, the frustration, the sense that your own body is working against you.
I've had to adapt my own lifestyle, prioritize rest and recovery, and figure out what it really takes to feel strong and energized at this stage of life.
That experience, combined with over a decade of coaching, is what drives everything I do. My purpose is simple: to give women the support, knowledge and tools they need to stop struggling and start thriving.
