I've spent the last decade as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, working with clients of all ages, each with their unique health and fitness goals. During this time I've seen countless women, in their late 30s and beyond, struggling with the phases of menopause. They're overwhelmed, frustrated and feel like nothing's working.
These are women juggling the demands of careers, families and aging parents, all while feeling like they're failing in their pursuit of well-being.
As a woman in her 50s, I understand firsthand the changes that the menopause transition brings. I've had to adapt my lifestyle, prioritize rest and recovery and navigate the challenges of balancing family responsibilities.
My mission is to serve women like me and offer them the support, knowledge and empowerment they need to thrive during their 40s, 50s and beyond.
