The Truth About Tracking

Imagine trying to save for a vacation ✈️🌴……

but never looking at your bank account 😳

No idea how much is going in. No clue what’s going out. Just hoping for the best 🤞

Sounds stressful, right?

But that’s how a lot of women are trying to manage their health.

  • They want more energy.

  • They want to lose weight.

  • They want to feel better in their skin.

But they’re not tracking what’s actually going on:

📉 Not their protein intake.

😴 Not their sleep.

🚶‍♀️ Not their steps or movement.

💬 And definitely not how stress is showing up in their day.

Here’s the truth:

What gets measured gets managed.

Not in a rigid or obsessive way - but in a curious way.

Because when you start noticing patterns, you start making changes.

When you see you’re only getting 60g of protein a day, it makes sense why your cravings are out of control.

When you think you're pretty active… but notice you're only getting 3,000 steps on most days.

And when you have data, you have power.

📝 There are plenty of ways to track:

  • a sheet of paper,

  • your notes app,

  • trackers like MyFitnessPal, MyNetDiary, Chronometer or Lose It!

I recommend choosing whatever system you can be consistent at.

Heading into summer is the perfect time to simplify and focus on what matters most.

Not by doing more. But by paying attention.

Small tweaks, big results.

Let’s make this a summer you feel amazing in your body.
