Getting Back on Track

Starting again is hard.
Most of us think back to a time when our bodies were different. But
Work
Family stuff
Summer holidays
Somehow pulled us off track.
At some point you look over and realize how far you are from where you were. Those little bits have added up over time, and now the gap between where you are and where you want to be resembles the Grand Canyon.
Ugh.

The good news is you can get back to where you came from the exact same way.
Little by little.
Bit by bit.
The course correction doesn’t need to be huge to change the angle back to progress. Really all you need to do right now is decide.
Decide that it’s time to make change.
Decide not to be afraid.
Decide to accept that you’re not where you used to be and that’s ok.
A friend of mine just made that decision to get back at it and start prioritizing her health. After our first session she sent me a text:

Making change can be scary.
But NOT making change is scary too. Especially when it comes to our health.
I’d love to help you start making positive change without pressure and overwhelm. Contact me today and let’s chat.
