These are the fitness and kitchen tools I recommend most often to my clients. Nothing fancy. Nothing extreme. Just practical gear that makes it easier to show up consistently.

Large Loop Bands

These are the big ones. Great for assisted pull-ups and chin-ups while you're building upper body strength, or for adding resistance to jumps and lower body power work. A solid addition to your home gym if you're ready to progress beyond the basics.

Loop exercise bands

Minibands

The smaller loop bands. These are my go-to for glute activation, lower body work and home workouts. Lightweight, portable and surprisingly effective. I use them with clients at every fitness level and they're often the first thing I recommend.

Flat Resistance Bands

Great for upper body exercises, stretching and physical therapy-style movements. A good set covers a wide range of resistance levels so you can progress over time.

Resistance Tubing with Handles

Ideal for pulling movements, rows and shoulder work, especially if you're not yet comfortable with free weights. Versatile enough to use at home or while travelling.

Instant Pot

This one might surprise you on a fitness gear list, but meal prep consistency is half the battle. The Instant Pot makes high-protein meals (think chicken, lentils, soups) fast enough that there's no excuse not to have something ready.
